Do you offer gift wrapping?

We take gifts very seriously. Expect your gift beautifully wrapped in our favorite purple and green with a handwritten note. We promise you will be impressed. Simply add gift wrapping at check out.

What is your return policy?

We are confident you will absolutely love your order, but we understand this may not always be the case. In the scenario that you are not satisfied with your order you can return it for any reason within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.*

*Please note that Walter Filters must be returned within 7 days. 

Please follow these guidelines if you wish to return any item:

  • Return items within 30 days of receipt except for Walter Filters items which must be returned within 7 days.
  • Send items in the same condition that you received them, specifically unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Returns that are received NOT in the original condition are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% or will not be refunded. 
  • Insert receipt or proof of purchase with each returned item. 
  • Email to let us know that you wish to initiate a return; in our response, we’ll provide our address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Shipping is non-refundable; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they follow the guidelines explained above, we will issue a full refund.

*Certain types of items cannot be returned like rugs, face vase with stand or final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Do you offer wedding registries?

First of all...congratulations! We don't have our own registry system but we've had many of our customers use services like Zola that allow you to link our products to your registry.

My order is missing/damaged/stolen, what should I do?

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give you the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. By opting out of Route package protection at checkout, we are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items.
