Returns

We are confident you will absolutely love your order, but we understand this may not always be the case. In the scenario that you are not satisfied with your order you can return it for any reason within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.*

*Please note that Walter Filters must be returned within 7 days. 

Please follow these guidelines if you wish to return any item:

• Return items within 30 days of receipt except for Walter Filters items which must be returned within 7 days.
• Send items in the same condition that you received them, specifically unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Returns that are received NOT in the original condition are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% or will not be refunded. 
• Insert receipt or proof of purchase with each returned item. 
• Email hello@adorncollectiv.com to let us know that you wish to initiate a return; in our response, we’ll provide our address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Shipping is non-refundable; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they follow the guidelines explained above, we will issue a full refund.

Non-returnable items

*Certain types of items cannot be returned like rugs, face vase with stand or final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@adorncollectiv.com.

Gifts

We will gladly accept the return of a gift in exchange for store credit. Gift returns will be accepted if the item is in its original condition and returned within 30 days of the date of the purchase.
